Jamey Skillings, MD

Vice President, Global Medical Affairs, Pfizer

Dr. Skillings earned both her BSc and MD from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada, then later received a MSc in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.  Additionally, Dr. Skillings holds an MBA from St. Mary’s University, Halifax, Canada. Jamey joined Pfizer in 2008, where she first served as a Senior Director, Oncology Development-Clinical Lead for the Hsp90 inhibitor, then as the Global Clinical Lead for the ALK/cMET inhibitor XALKORI (crizotinib, PF-02341066). Her current role is Vice President Global Medical Affairs where she leads a team of global medical affairs leaders supporting each of the full development assets. Prior to joining Pfizer, Dr. Skillings held various leadership roles at Genentech, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Nova Scotia Cancer Centre.  Jamey began her career as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in Canada, having completed her residency in Internal Medicine and also Hematology.
